For just $280 every year, you can gain access to a wide range of preventive treatments as well as discounts on other forms of dental care. If you’d like to include other family members on your plan, it’s an additional $230 per family member.

- Comprehensive exams
- Two (2) annual cleanings
- Full mouth, panoramic, bitewing and periapical X-rays
- Emergency exams
- Periodic exams
- Consultations
- 15% off additional cleanings
- 15% off deep cleanings
- $500 off Invisalign treatment
- $50 off teeth whitening treatment
- 15% off all other treatments (excluding sleep apnea treatment, cosmetic and full mouth cases)
